My partner Lili and I have been making games/art for games for around 2 years now and this is our first shot at creating a game together as part of our college course's Final Major Project but also as our passion project, we both aspire to work on games in the future and thought that this would be our best chance to create something together whilst learning new things about game/art design. The game has taken roughly 2 months to get to this stage and we hope you enjoy <3

Story

A mother and a father read their child a bedtime story, this is the story of a knight's quest to save the princess. Now you take up the quest as well, playing through the bedtime story as the knight on his quest. In this game, you'll have to manoeuvre difficult forest terrain, fight enemy monsters and collect coins to build up your wealth.

Mechanics / Controls

Movement - Walk left and right with A and D or Left Arrow and Right Arrow

Jumping - Spacebar

Crouching - Use C or CTRL

Attacking - Left Click or F

Know Issues / Bugs

• Animations can get stuck on crouching

This can be fixed by stepping out from under an object and pressing C/CTRL  again

• Slimes Disappear when you jump on them 

Simply a problem with Unity's physics as the players 'mass' is much larger than the enemies they can sometimes fall through the floor if the player lands on top of them at just the right angle.
